I called to get a quote for re-doing my whole back...

I called to get a quote for re-doing my whole backyard. I was told they would be out to give me a quote. Well its a month later and no phone call or quote was received. I called back twice to check on the status and was told he was on vacation and would be out the next day. Still no quote or call back. I had cash in hand ready to give to this company. Guess they were too busy to keep.up with a potential customer. Your loss.
At least call your potential customers back. Poor customer service.
