I must say, I was a happy customer and gave this company thousands and thousands of dollars of my business. but they started dropping support to older versions even if you would agreed to pay, arm twisting you to upgrade and pay a whole lot more.

It is my personal experience that thiis company is no longer what it used to be. I like to migrate to MAC, when I went to purchase the test version I was told that I did not have to wait since the new 2014 release was to come out within 15 days and I would be upgraded.

I have made numerous calls and spent more than 4 hours on the phone and there is nothing but excuses.

Intuits refuses to listen to the recorded conversation made during their sale.

today's excuse is that I have missed the redemption period but there is also record that I have made phone calls on this issue before within my redemption period.

they were just late in their release and do not want to honor their promise.

I was planning to switch my entire company from PC to MAC quick books, but i will consider other options at this point. I am sure there are better options out there from companies that truly honor their promises.

I am not a happy guy. Intuit is no longer a team player in my case. I had to buy 10 licenses, their loss.
