Amazing customer service but awful business values...

Amazing customer service but awful business values on part of VASA. They deal with vasa gym memberships and switching payment dates was no problem. Easiest customer service call in the world!
Update: with the covid-19 business going on I wanted to extend my pause on the gym. Hold time was a bit long (understandably so I'm not the only one with the same thought on the matter) but I was taken care of very quickly and professionally once call was answered. Pause extended and (much to my surprise)2 months of it were not counted as a pause due to the virus! But as of September not all amenities in my gym are open and we have to make an appointment to even come yet they want to charge us full price??? Not to mention if you are genuinely at risk and wish to not go to the gym you are forced to pay "one last month" even though I cannot go because I am sick.i even have doctor's paperwork. Be prepared to dispute it with your bank and get your money back that way glad I've been with my bank for 20 years.
