Most of the employees are great. However, the 3 crew leaders in my department are creapy, and never even acknowledge most of us when we call for them when the machines aren't running properly. They are only conserned about how much bacon they can slice. They could care less as to whether it's actually usable for shipping the products. It makes no sense to me, because what is the point of slicing all of that bacon if it can't be used to send to the customer? I feel like I'm working in a sweat house. Those crew leaders are very rude, and make everyone uncomfortable, other than the women that they are dating. They need knocked down a bit. Especially Carlos who thinks it's hilarious to make Pele cry. Second shift Vac bacon at Massillon....
