Robert was a joy to deal with. He found me the car I wanted at a very reasonable price. Most importantly, he seems to be a genuinely good and honest person, and was understanding of my foibles as I went through the car buying process. Having dealt briefly with Mike and Justin when Robert was not available, I am impressed with the whole sales team and at all times felt like they were trying to find the right vehicle for me.
