My experience began immediately after Marilyn answered the phone. She is a generous listener and connected the dots. Marilyn knew within seconds, who the perfect ambassador of Avant-Garde was for my hair. Thank you for the smile over the phone and especially your warm reception.

Elena, thank you so much for making my hair go from 'Grim to Glam' last week. You treated my virgen hair so gently and with so much love. I felt on top of the world with my new stunning Balayage look.

(..........so this w/e I was gardening and did not properly protect my hair, I texted Elena yesterday and she insisted I come in today,......... who does that? someone who cares like Elena............:)
