Warm, sincere, attentive - everywhere I encountered them, I was really impressed. From the spotless cleanliness to my room, to the smiley face that brought me eggs in the morning: perfect. These are most certainly people who are genuinely committed to customer satisfaction. What the hotel lacks in modern touches, it most certainly makes up for with heart.
