Monica in the service department was awesome! She was so thorough that she found out my vehicle that I bought used this summer had an extended warranty which included 11 remaining free oil changes and tire rotations! This was missed by other service people and the dealer who sold it to me. As we were considering buying an extended warranty and oil change packages, she has saved us thousands of dollars! I can t say enough how happy that news made us!
