The service representative (Brandon) was very very knowledgeable and courteous in guiding me through a series of scheduled maintenance and potential other (unscheduled) repair items for my 2002 Subaru. There were no surprises, and the repairs were done well in a reasonable amount of time. The courtesy shuttle was a plus (thank you, Ralph).
