This is the 2nd time I have stayed at The Padma Resort Legian. I absolutely love this hotel. It's such a pleasure to see familiar staff from our last visit and really appreciate their kind service.

Friendly and helpful service from Regina at the check in desk and Puri in the spa who gives the best deep tissue massage.

The Rooms are spacious and clean. The buffet breakfast variety is amazing. The number of different pool areas is fantastic.

The hotel was at full capacity and we couldn't really tell as we could always get a lounge chair at any of the pools and never really had to wait to be served at any of the pool bars.

We particularly loved the adults only Infinity Pool, not only for the sunset beach view and delicious cocktails but for the great, friendly and professional service of our favorite bar tender Party (Partita). His service was on point and had a fantastic sense of humour. We look forward to seeing him on our next visit.

ALL the friendly and helpful staff make this hotel so enjoyable to stay at.

On the down side we noticed that the quality of the food at a couple of the restaurants weren't as good as the last time we came but still nice non the less. And unfortunately at the Skaii Bar there is a band playing every night so while we were trying to have dinner we could hardly talk to each other as it was too loud. Last time we were there, they had a DJ playing lounge/ chill music which made for a better dinning atmosphere and enjoyable the sunset experience.

I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to our next stay.
