Deplorable customer service !!!

Purchased in 2015 4 Dilly chairs and a standing mirror for a total amount of 350 euros.
The chairs have defects not visible at the reception and deteriorate after a few uses (the bottom crashes !! However, I am not obese !!) And the mirror peeled off from its wooden structure because the glue used had to be low end. It could have been very serious if the mirror had fallen on a child!
You may have made a lot of money using low-end materials, but your customers are paying exorbitant prices !!!
You offered me a voucher of 35 euros to compensate me ... It is very average on your part because you will suspect that it will be very complicated to buy everything with a voucher of this value. I have never seen such a lamentable commercial gesture and so little regard for customers. You did not lose money, on the other hand, I lost 350 euros in this order while I ordered 1500 euros of furniture for that same year (2015) !!!
Your quality control department could assume the error, it's human! But no, it is your customers who must take responsibility for your mistakes when you produce defective products!
I have been a loyal customer of La Redoute for a number of years and I am very disappointed by the lack of attention you bring to your customers in order to retain their loyalty.
You will understand that following this dispute, I no longer want to order from you and that I will continue to communicate with you accordingly to avoid disappointment for other people.
