I highly recommend Executives Available. This wonderful and caring team diligently works to hone your job hunting skills and will not stop until you have found the employment that you seek. From the workshops to the one to one coaching, this is an extremely efficient program that will see you through the job search process from start to finish. The semi-weekly EA networking sessions with other job seekers present the opportunity and skills to tap into the hidden job market, which represents roughly 80% of available employment. Recruiting firms are only a fractional part of the equation; EA gives you strategies to drill down to where the majority of the opportunities can be found. My sincere thanks to the entire staff at EA who helped me tremendously in navigating what is arguably one of the most stressful situations that one can go through.
