I brought the car in on July 5th with a dead battery. Although this was a very busy day for the dealership, I was given an accurate estimate of when the car would be ready to go, and my battery warranty was honored by making the replacement free of charge. The amenities in the waiting area made the experience comfortable if not downright pleasant.
