My fiance and I were looking to buy a Jeep Grand Cherokee yesterday. We went to Country Club Chrysler first just because it was closer to home. Little did we know how poorly we would be treated. Ron the Sales Manager was extremely disrespectful to us. They did not want to meet the price we needed. Ron kept saying I was unrealistic/wrong on everything I said. So we walked out saying we are going to Urse, he didn t care. We called Urse on our way there and explained what vehicle we were looking at and that we would need some numbers figured out. Joe, who had answered the phone was more than willing to do this for us. When we finally got there, we walked into a completely different environment than we previously did. Everyone was very inviting, outgoing and willing to help. After the excellent teamwork of Joe, who actually ended up being our salesman, Derek and Weldon we were able to achieve our budget and had a great time while doing so! We could not be happier with our experience at Urse and would highly recommend it to anyone!
