Worst service
I had registered a complaint on 14th July saying that internet is not working.

First: It's been 5 days since I registered a complaint, problem not resolved.

Second: I have been following up for solving the problem since 14th, all the commitments were not met and taken seriously. Till now not even a single call on enquiring about the problem.

I believe commitments made by ACT customer care executives are purely fake to just disconnect from the conversation.
