Where to start? Let's just say that I am a losing slot player and that being said I play for the comps. Hotel, food, trips and fanplay yes I want it all. With a significantly huge number of entries I managed to get some sort of runner-up prize in one of their drawings. This prize awarded me $50 dollars of fan play / free play everyday for the entire month of July. Two days after I started redeeming these $50 dollar a day vouchers I was demoted from gold Elite down to a lesser status. I brought this to the host attention and they explained to me that my status should not have been dropped that it was simply a mistake by the system and then restored me to my gold Elite status. I believed them and I shouldn't have. With a net revenue of 56.3 million for the first quarter you would not think that $50 a day would be of any concern. Wrong . I was simply pushing a button at my machine when security approached me and asked for my ID. After verifying my identity he then informed me that I was being banned from the casino on account of the fact that there was a confrontation between me and another player several weeks prior. He cannot explain to me any further details he told me that basically to get it resolved I would have to wait a year and then come talk to the manager. First of all there was no confrontation with anyone second even if I did get into it with another customer it would seem they would at least be willing to hear both sides of the story. Furthermore it seems strange to me that an incident that happend 2 weeks ago wasn't addressed then but was in fact only addressed after I began cashing in the free play. I was banned, with very little information, escorted by murliple security officers off the property like some criminal. Humiliated in front of friends and family because I cashed in the award I won. My thoughts about this are when awarding $50 in FreePlay everyday (and if not used that day cant be redeemed) they don't think that someone will actually redeem it everyday and I was. They demoted me then they banned me because I was an expense instead of a profit. I had heard from several different people that monarch exudes these behaviors of penalizing they're winners if they are not big losers overtime. I never believed it until I experienced it for myself do yourself a favor and play somewhere else and earn your status and your tier level at a casino that actually treats you like a human being instead of just a red or green number.
