My elderly mother was transferred here from the main hospital in Fitzroy after surgery for a fractured hip. With the notable exception of night staff (who can be plain scary) the treatment was good, although generally inferior to that of the main hospital, especially regarding details like preventative care and monitoring for risk of fall (especially at night). The Rehab environment as a whole was also unpleasant by comparison: the ward noisy and overheated to a nauseating degree. My mother felt sick from the overheating during her time here as did her visitors.
