They lost my car, put the blame on me (100% not my fault) and at no point apologized once they found it. It took over 2 days to get a new tire. When I went to pick my vehicle up, they had no clue where my key or paperpaperwork was. I was referred to 4 different people before they found it.
At no point was I confident that they knew where my car was. I pay a lot of money for the extended warranty and sadly do not feel comfortable taking my car here again..

The sales experience was nice, but at this time, not thrilled with anything else.
