A probably experienced "I can't find a name" !!! By connecting a neighbor to the fiber I cut the connection.
I went to see him explaining the problem to him, and he told me he was finishing the neighbor's connection and coming after.
And guess, he didn't come.
Hoping to meet him to teach him good manners ... I dream of it.
