I have been told from all my friends that this is the most maintained and renovated facility in Hurghada Egypt.. Absolutely not true.. This place is average... Front office personal (reception) need to convert their facial expressions to wellcoming attitude.... House keepers need serious supervision and traning. I don't want to upsate your expectations... Its my observation as a world traveler... This is not a top notch as claimed.
