Jonathan Pruitt & Athas Capital is the worse lender and account rep in the industry. There is zero communication between Athas and the broker because they never answer your call and when you do get a hold of the rep, he lies to you regarding the status of the loan. The more I followed up with the loan, the more agitated & ruder he became. The conversations became very unprofessional and due to their lack up response, professionalism, quality of work, I lost a 1.175m deal. DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY!
