Hi, I really want to thanks teams at Conrad for making our stay a memorable one. The staffs were polite, friendly and humble. We stayed in the resort for 4 nights. During our stay, we make new friends. I would like to say thanks to Stephane, Agung, Andika, Mangku, Mika, and Suja for your hospitality. We missed you guys dearly after we checked-out from your resort. We wish we could stay longer with Conrad. However, the booking has been made and we decided to give a try to stay in another resort to experience the hospitality and it turns out the resort that we stay after Conrad was not to our expectation. We were thinking to cancel our booking and return to Conrad. But, it was too late. I would highly recommend to stay with Conrad Bali Nusa Dua. Try the suite room. You will love it .
