Rodney was great, he understood my need over the phone and was quick to get me in for service. Once I got to Bob Allen, everyone was really nice and helpful. I was in for small dent repair, but Shane also took care of my recall very quickly. He kept me updated and the wait was not long at all. I even left with a car wash! I highly recommend Shane and Bob Allen Ford!
