If there was some way to put zero stars I would. I have used Adorama infrequently and usually use B&H or film tools. The latest order was completely confused, I was charged for items never shipped to me and told I was not charged-by 3 levels of employees!
I had ordered some misc. accessories 3 day shipping for a shoot the following week. I received a 1/3rd of them and rented to rest to be safe. I decided to call them 2 weeks later to avoid any confusion during the shoot. I am glad I did. They are so incompetent the word incompetent is not even good enough to describe the situation. I could rant forever, but time is money. There are too many risks in film/video/photo production, it is not worth taking one with Adorama.
B&H and everyone else is a better bet!
