Down in Page, AZ we don t have many options for really anything. So when choosing what you want, you often are choosing the one you dislike the least. And I m honestly questioning whether that is SCC. I live here temporarily while I m family lives here year round and I don t know how they put up with this internet provider!
There are two full time university students in this house that RELY on internet service. It is really frustrating to have to go to someone else s house or a public location that has WiFi just to be able to submit or even start our work. And this is not a matter of having too many devices. Half the time, there are only 2-3 devices ever at one time.
But the internet cuts out multiple times DAILY anywhere from mere minutes to hours! I don t always complain because it sends us all outside to smell the roses but this is a serious issue. Not to mention calling them is usually NO help. I have limited data and I m having to use that for the things I need to get done. And to write this review. Ridiculously priced for almost no internet service. You can expect to be losing us as customers.
