I've usually received good service with an ok room...

I've usually received good service with an ok room for the price but on my last visit I found bedbugs in the sink on the third morning. I checked out and asked for a refund, the lady working said she would have to check with the manager and call back. When she called back the only thing they offered was a free night on my next visit. I left a message for the manager and didn't receive a call back after 4 days, when I called back I was able to get him on the phone. He proceeded to tell me that they didn't have bedbugs even though I had a picture of one and said he could only refund one night because he couldn't lose revenue. After I said I still wanted both nights refunded he got extremely rude and then hung up. I won't be staying there again especially after such a rude response, I would suggest other's find a different hotel as well.
