Didn't even get past the first woman to get my cal...

Didn't even get past the first woman to get my call transferred to the right dept. Calling for a debt on my credit score that I wasn't sure who it was from and she wouldn't transfer my call because she couldn't comprehend that. Guess you guys don't want to take my money that bad won't be calling back for a long time, if ever.
