Really disappointing stay at the Mottram hall hote...

Really disappointing stay at the Mottram hall hotel , Poor & Rude service at the bar , long delays for our drinks ,literally took 25 mins to place a order and it wasn't even at full capacity this happened twice in the same afternoon / evening. One member of staff completely ignoring any social distancing with us and wearing a facemask around their neck! Poor room service too. - We did email the general manager and were told "thank you for identifying various training needs"....Along with an apology. - I find this unacceptable as I do not spend the weekend away with my wife and away from my child to identify company's training needs. I wouldn't expect this level of service from a 2 star hotel! - Not Happy at all.
