I was under the impression I was getting a $40 oil...

I was under the impression I was getting a $40 oil change, they charged me just shy of a $100 and as a single mom of four kids my money is tight. The gentlemen at the front desk didn t explain the difference in types of oil to me and the price difference. I feel ripped off!! Won t be doing business with them ever again. Poor customer service!!
