Granted I wasn't dressed well that day so the sales person, I think his name was Simon didn't want to spend any time with me. He didn't want to get keys for any cars and just expected me to look through the window. I wanted a 2017 or 2018 Accord and wanted one with the most features. Anyways after answering one or two questions I turned around and he just walked away without saying a thing and leaving me alone on the lot. Needless to say I was an all cash buyer and could afford anything on the lot. Since this is a Sonic lot, in the future I will go to Acura Serramonte next door and deal with them even if the vehicle is at Honda Serramonte.

Updated 07/08/2020: So after getting the bums rush at their sales lot, I finally got my 2018 Honda Accord Touring 2.0T from another dealer. Since my car had an outstanding recall for a fuel pump, I decided to give their service department a chance (their sales department was a fail). I called around 4pm while they were open and got a recording. I requested a return call for service and left my cell number twice on the recording. After almost a week and a half, I called Victory Honda in San Bruno and instantly go an appointment. They advised me that they have to order the part and gave me an appointment when they had it. In short good service at Victory Honda in San Bruno, and for Honda of Serramonte, I am still waiting for a return call for service.
