This is a horrible company. I lived at their property called Sunset Terrace in Racine and it is horrible. The female onsite staff wanted to be a friend since we are both from Chicago. I didn't want to be here friend and she went psycho. She made a false neglect charge on me, they started finding reasons to come into my apartment, they sent paper saying there was a mistake with my move in paper and they needed to up my rent and I owed them back money. They have favorite tenants that kiss their butt so they can do anything. I went on vacation and came home to find the landlords had ransacked my apartment without my permission. They also went in and turned all the heaters up and every tv on. They are vindictive and childish. The people at the top have no idea what is going on and when you complain to them they never respond. This company should be shut down. If you research their properties before you move in a lot of their apartment complexes keep having bed bug outbreaks. They also did not allow me to bring my service animal. They made it seem like I could not bring him because he is over 40 pounds but then I later found out that is there general pet policy not for the service animals. BEWARE OF MERIDIAN.
