I am highly disappointed at their customer NO serv...

I am highly disappointed at their customer NO service.

I found myself calling 3 different numbers just for them to find the group and the reservation I previously made.

The customer NO service kept interrupting in a very rude manner and made me spell my name multiple times.

I sent an email to the sales person to change the group date and she is yet to respond back after 3 weeks.

So sad that such a beautiful looking hotel will have such a horrible service.
I am an event planner and I regret booking this hotel for our guests.
