Manager Charlie and Jose treat the customers like family and with great respect . Before I came here I ordered the part and service from uhaul but never got a confirmation . And after calling them back a week later and waiting on the phone for about 50 mins I was told it s will be done after 30 days . Then I looked around and found this place . I ordered the hitch and it was at my doorsteps in 3 days and people here put it on my suv the next day itself in just few hours . the mechanic are really friendly and knowledgeable as well . After installation they even took their time to instruct me how the trailer get connected to the hitch as it s my first time dealing with trailers and all . Keep up with the great service guys . Would definitely recommend this place to every one else . And they have the best price you could ever find .
