On the way in, stung by a 20 minute queue with no signage visible for our prepaid "express entry" tickets, only to find after progressing in the queue for 10 minutes that there is an express entry queue, but signage for it was not visible until too late. But judging from the speed of the express entry queue, it would have still been 15 minutes since they let people but tickets and ask herbal questions in that queue. So don't waste your time buying tickets online. Also stung on the way out as it wasn't immediately obvious to me from the point in the carpark where we parked, that it was actually a pay for park area. I feel the $78 fine for an honest mistake of not observing a $2 ticket was required, is a little bit exorbitant. I hope my fine will help them to afford a ticket sign to be visible for the route I parked in. Signage within the zoo to find your way around was also poor. And a lot of time was wasted walking around the loops to particular enclosures only to find once e got there that they're not there, and in another care environment instead.
