Totally Incompetent.
I sold my house and canceled the insurance on 8-12-20. I was told it would take 7 to 10 business days for a refund. Today is business day 19 and found out they mailed the check today - but sent it to the wrong address. Due to their error, I was told I would have to wait another 21 days before they will issue a new check. I'm pretty sure they would not take that much time to drop me if i didn't pay on time.
