They do not call back at all. Even when they say they will. I've been working with a guy named Samuel Carillo, really nice guy! BUT he does not follow up with me at all. It has been more than a month that my car was in a car crash, it is still sitting in my parking lot. Just waiting to see what to do? Called today and left a voicemail but still no call back. Only thing I want to know is wether I should just leave my car for gone or if they are going to give me some type of money to fix it?? Simple question, simple answer.
