My overall is positive, Robert C. was pretty kind and professional, he showed us different options to buy in our request, the Dodge Journey was our goal and finally we got it, while he allowed us to think about the best way to do business. FCA for me is pretty important, it was my first huge project and my hobby car, all my cars has been Jeep, I hope to buy more car from this prestigious brand.
I should say that I did not like do the test drive in a dirty car.
The dealership was pretty nice and clean, the sales team was professional as well.
