I went to this dealership on September 7 without a definite idea what I wanted. Also needed to trade in my current Toyota RAV4. The salesman was friendly and helpful with looking at vehicles and test driving. The dealership gave me a great trade in and there were incentives to purchase the vehicle of my choice. We settled on a deal and then came the problems.
The finance person had gotten a good interest rate, thanks for that, but when signing the deal she showed me all these different add-ons (GAP coverage, Extended warranty, etc.) This whole time the finance woman NEVER told me what these items actually cost, only what the cost was to my monthly payment. After all was done, when I got home the cost of the extended warranty was $2400! If I had known this the extended warranty would not have been purchased.
I did purchase tinting for my vehicle windows. Salesman told me the Service Dept would call me for an appointment to do the windows. After two days I called the Service Dept and they rudely told me it was done in the Accessory Dept. After leaving three messages with that department I still don t have an appt.
And to top it all off I contacted my salesman Arman and he never called back either.
I would say if you are looking for good customer service do not go to Round Rock Toyota, they only want to sell you a vehicle. I am very disappointed, I have never had this kind of service before. Will look into getting the tinting done at another Toyota dealership.
