Nice hotel rooms, good food. The Wellness is not much, just in the pool and certainly not relaxing. The shower head must be descaled. Staff very inexperienced. Some very friendly, but also staff who only paid attention to each other instead of the customers. There, management can still learn some discipline (or hire slightly older staff).
