Your staff are the absolute worst. I cancelled our memberships back in June/July, and you have the audacity to contine to draw money from my bank account? Shame on you, you have lost a lot of business from many clients who will never return to you. You keep putting the blame on other people, and can't even refund me back over $140 in charges? Garbage business.
