I would not use them unless I absolutely have to. The service tech kept telling me I need to bring my car to Nissan, even though I had purchased it from West Hills jeep. I had to verify that the part was received, After three days me calling 7 times, leaving 4 messages being hung up the other 3 times, I chatted online 2 times. The service dept finally calls and schedules my apt to install my electric motor for my window. While they worked on my door my programmable seat stopped working, then the tech said not our problem even though it worked before it was serviced my West Hills Jeep. during the last repair I asked specifically to have it checked, only to find out it was not plugged in. Imagine that.. The service tech never even validated that the window and seat positioner worked, just handed me the keys said your car is over there. Very, poor serine dept.
