I'd give 5 stars but had to replace my door key 4 times before they said they needed to change the batteries on my door. I ended up waiting outside in another of the rooms I booked for 45 minutes playing cards while the guys tried to figure out out to fix my security door. He kept saying give me a few more minutes. It is 2020 , I say it is time to update the doors to be opened by ones cellphone. Into addition to the bad experience with the door lock, upon check in we were informed that main pool was not usable and if we wanted they would send us via car to another 5 star hotel to use there pool. Maybe I should have just stayed there. Sorry Doubletree. You deserve the 2 stars from this Gold member. I would not recommend again. Well after midnight and it is still not fixed. At $200 a night, if I were a manager I would reconsider how my customers actually feel and how the staff interacts with them.
