I have already ordered a number of times at baker's timber trade, and it has always gone well. But now the last time it is a drama. We had placed an order and she neatly called that 7 parts were short and that it would be delivered asap. In the meantime, we called 4x where the wood remained, and finally after 3 weeks we got the wrong boards delivered, called again and indicated that you need it as soon as it is halfway and everything is soaking wet ..
