Don't get me wrong, the place is really beautiful, the gardens are great and the rooms within the building are Unbelievably beautiful.
BUT the staff there is, beside a few exceptions, extremely unfriendly and not supportive. The exceptions were the guy on the yard, marking the end of the row and a girl close to the ticket machines who were answering the questions of the people.
We were told to go first to the garden and be back at 17.00 at the queue for the entrance because then would be less people there. So far everything worked out. We were back at 16.45 and were in at 17.15 unfortunately the ground floor was closed at 17.30 not at 18.00. As we complaint the guy locking the doors were shouting at us that he is closing now and we should get lost.
In the second floor the staff at least didn't shout at us but stand in front of pictures were I just wanted to take a foto of....
So, in conclusion the place is beautiful like no second one I saw till now but the staff is complicated.
