It's a special place in New York City. Went for afternoon tea with my husband for our anniversary.

The server was not very warm, nor friendly - very Russian?

Unfortunately there was a table with two children who were very loud and running around the table. I understand it is a public place but when I am spending $200 for afternoon tea, I expected a server or a host to ask them to a least request they calm their children down.
