The HR & Finance people are soo cheap.
They missuse the lineancy of candidates.
They don't give any hike on the time of joining they say I ll give you same salary as per your previous CTC.
and when u ll join the organization .there only you will get 4-5 percentage yearly hike.
Your carrier life will go spoil without learning and financial growth.
Here only the name is MAHLE , but not the MNC organization , only marathi company.
No carieer growth no financial growth.
