Bar in the lobby does charge tip included in the total of the bill which is fine. But when service is not EXCEPTIONAL and then charges me an additional $30 tip that I marked out on my bill (writing in thinking the tip was not included but was going to tip anyway!!!!!). I have visited this hotel many times and bar even when not staying at the W. This last time was just not what I have been used to in the past.
The accounting manager, if forgot his name, but he was very helpful and refunded the amount immediately!!
