Good service, competitive, sometimes better price, convenient, clean, small rooms, nice lobby, complimentary continental breakfast, free use of beach gear, window unit AC but not too noisy and works well, 2 blocks from beach, no in-hotel restaurant but many dining choice within walking distance.
