Very negative experience with Nautilus Insurance of Scottsdale, Arizona. We had a policy with them which was paid in full. They then decided to audit us and charged us an exorbitant amount of extra money. They didn't care about the papers we presented to them.

In my opinion, Nautilus Insurance of Scottsdale, Arizona didn't care about us at all, or that we were customers. They seemed to just want more money.
