I am currently on Culligan's maintenance program for water filter system and they cancelled my appointment without any explanation. I haven't been having drinking water for a several weeks now and they told me they can re-schedule it for 8 days later. They kept repeating that they need their service manager's authorization to set up an earlier appointment for me however, I have not heard anything from them yet.

I also had another horrible experience with Culligan one year ago that they installed the water softer incorrectly and it caused the crystals to backflow to all plumbings. Culligan had to come out multiple times to wash the crystals out from all of the pipes and toilets. Moreover, Culligan charged for these clean out, even though the problem was caused by their incorrect initial installation. I had to call and email them multiple times to solve this issue. I still have this crystal backflow issue and cleaned them again last week.

If you want to contact Culligan for any issue, you must be very patient because they make all kinds of mistake for technical service, billing, customer service, as well as take forever to respond to you!

If I move to a new home, I will never install Culligan's systems any more and I wouldn't recommend their service to anyone!
